Paula has worked as a personal trainer for a number of years. Her favourite mountain activities are ski touring, mountain biking and rock climbing. She can also be found out and about on nordic skis or a road bike, or often spending an hour in the gym preparing for these activities. Balancing a fitness program of cardiovascular, mobility, strength and proprioceptive training in her program and yours. Once you set a goal she will keep you on track to reach it.
Paula enjoys working with all clients in-person and online, who are motivated to take their fitness to the next level to enjoy their outdoor pursuits. Travel and small art projects are the other activities that round out her time.
Paula is often found in the gym or in the mountains working to improve her fitness for bigger adventures. She also spends time taking courses and learning the latest knowledge in the fitness industry. While there is quick fix, you will find a healthy about of core training in your program to help you get to the end of your adventure without extreme fatigue.
Paula believes motivation is intrinsic, once you are ready, she help you streamline your fitness program and hold you accountable.
