Select a standard 8- or- 12-week program to prepare for skiing, climbing or mountaineering season. Your program can be emailed to you as a PDF file or loaded to your Training Peaks account.

*Note that standard programs are best for people who already have a moderate level of fitness and have some experience with strength training.

*All prices are in Canadian dollars.

* The total cost of your program is due when you sign up.
