Description
MFT is offering physically distanced, outdoor strength classes. All participants must bring their own dumbbells (5-10lb), KB or resistance bands,mat if desired, water bottle (some will be available for purchase $15).
Come and enjoy since fresh air, build some strength, see some friendly faces!
Location: Bowness Community Association 7904 43 AVE NW(field west of BCA building)
Time: 5:45-6:30pm
Date: recurring Monday’s & Wednesday’s
Cost: $15.00 drop in only
Physical distancing will be enforced, 3m is the recommended minimum, when exercising more is safer, All coVID protocols will be followed.
