Monday is a metabolic workout, primarily utilizing body weight.

Wednesday involves some weights (bands will work too as will soup cans) and looped bands.

Fridays will focus on mobility, stability and agility. If you have a BOSU, inflated cushion or throw pillow.

Tues & Thurs are split into upper and lower body and always core work, weights & bands are ideal for this class.
