This program is geared to get you off the couch and smiling at the trailhead, and smiling at the summit!

Monday is a metabolic workout, primarily utilizing body weight.
Wednesday involves some weights (bands will work too as will soup cans) and looped bands.
Fridays will focus on mobility, stability and agility. If you have a BOSU, inflated cushion or throw pillow.
