    Select a standard 8- or- 12-week program to prepare for skiing, climbing or mountaineering season. Your program can be emailed to you as a PDF file or loaded to your Training Peaks account.

    *Note that standard programs are best for people who already have a moderate level of fitness and have some experience with strength training.

    These programs include a fitness assessment, access to Training Peaks, check-ins once a week with  Personal Trainer and modifications to your program as needed.

    Let us individualize your pre-season training program to fit your schedule and your level of fitness. Select a individualized program, including a self administered fitness assessment, access to Training Peaks (basic), check-ins with your personal trainers every second week and programming to accommodate your needs.

    20 weeks custom – $700.00
