We prepare personalized training programs for skiing, climbing, mountaineering and mountain biking. Paula is a certified personal trainer who has trained for many amazing mountain adventures. Whatever level you are at, we can help you prepare and take the guesswork out of your fitness training. This program works well for the experienced and those not living in the regions we currently serve in-person.
Online programs provide accountability for you training efforts and progress. We offer standard pre-training programs as well as customized training programs. MFT will write your program to be done at a location that conveniences you, at home, the gym or while you travel.
Working in North West Calgary, Cochrane, and the Bow Valley. MFT will come to your home, office or condo, whether you have a dedicated gym space available or just an open space. We can bring the equipment or book a private space near-by you and provide custom built work-out plans.
